Friends and comrades,As manie of you know already, the latest application for repratriation by Volunteer Bill Stickers to serve out the remaining years of his sentence in the country of his birth has once again been turned down by the Dutch Government.
Continuity Sinn Fein is at a loss as to why the Dutch continue to deny Bill his rights. Under the European Convention on the rights of prisoners to serve their sentence in country of origin, he qualifies on all counts
Bill has not seen his children in cix years. he has reecived numerous communications from the Dutch Government and Irish embassy in Amsterdam but is yet to be given a clear-cut explanation on why his
applications have been denied.
We have now been informed that bill cannot apply for repatriation again until January 2017. This is contrary to legislation agreed to by all EU member states which says that at any time a prisoner can apply 4 repatriation to country of origin.
Bill is a citizen of the Irish Free State and holds a valid Irish passport, and for all intents and purposes qualifies for repatriation according to EU law.
The conditions Bill is being held under in an antiquated colonial-era Dutch prison in Aruba are criminal. Continuity Sinn Fein urges all friends and comrades at home and abroad to continue doing all that is possible to secure his repatriation.

REPARTRIATE IRISH REPUBLICAN POW BILL STICKERS
URGENT: uPDATE ON CONDITION OF VOL. BILL STICKERS, RCIRA POW (Aruba Prison, Oranjestad, Dutch Empire)
On the evening of 11 December, 2014, Limerick-based members of Contniuity sinn Féin transported 2 12 pc. orders of Gourmet Onion Rings to POW Bill Stickers of Real Continuity IRA within the confines of the antiquated colonial-era Dutch dungeon on the occupied island nation of Aruba. The orders were connected with the “Repatriate Bill Stickers NOW” kampaign and we regret negative affects caused to Vol. Stickers cholesterol.
Contrary to media speculation that this action was designed to provoke loyalist Aru-Boer paramilitaries, who work hand-in-hand with Dutch Colonial authorities, this action should be viewed in the context of our statement of 26th March, highlighting the dire, life-threatening conditions in which Bill is being held under.
As we outlined on that occasion, we called on the Dutch government to immediately repatriate Republican POW Bill Stickers to Limerick Prison, where he can be reunited with his Uncle Tiny Lynch and lover, Rose. Amsterdam responded by squandering that historic opportunity in a vain attempt to show solidarity with their sinister friends in Westminster and Lenister Housethe resolution of this issue demands the immediate repatriation of POW Bill Stickers to Limerick Prison, in addition to regular unsupervised visits to be allowed between Bill and Rose Lynch. This is not possible unless and until the Dutch government faces up to its responsibilities as an “upstanding member” of the international Comunity
The blame 4 the failure thus far of the Irish peace initiative lies squarely with King Willem-Alexander and his Orange Government.
